May I know if the App and firmware are in the latest version, please? If not, please upgrade it to the latest version

If still not working with the latest App, here are some steps. 

  1. Please do reboot and factory reset the M2 Standalone, the root cause is due to you’ve bound this router to a previous phone number on your App; If you don’t want to manage it via App, please go to our webpage version to manage the router, all functions are the same there
  2. If reboot and factory reset can’t fix your problem, please send us the SN number on the bottom of the M2, we’ll look into it and unbind it for you at our end
