Please email support@mercku.com as soon as possible.

  1. If the order has not been shipped, the updated address will be changed immediately. 
  2. If the device has already been shipped, we will contact the courier and try to update the address. Please Note: It is not guaranteed that we will be able to update the address as this is dependant on the courier. If successful, you may be charged by the courier for the cost of changing the shipping address (not by Mercku)
