You can return the device and receive a full refund within the first 30 days after you receive the device. Please note that you will have to pay for returning the unit to us. Once we receive your returned device(s), one of our team members will check to see if there is any damage to the items that aren't covered under warranty. Please contact support@mercku.freshdesk.com in order to receive the instructions for the return.

 

According to our Exchange Policy, you can exchange your device(s) during the first year after the purchase was made, provided that the device(s) stopped working due to manufacturing defect and not due to misuse. Please email support@mercku.freshdesk.com providing a reason for the exchange and one of our team members will assist you in arranging the exchange.
